I thought the Micheal Moore film was extremely bias for a ton of reasons.  First of all there are several points in the movie where Michael Moore goes back to 2 seconds of George Bush staring into space and he puts his own words into president Bush's head.  There were no signs about what he was thinking about so I don't understand how he can make all these claims about what he is thinking about.  Second, he brings up a bunch videos, articles, etc. involving Saudi Arabians, 9/11, and George Bush and immediately jumps to the conclusion that Bush and Saudi's planned 9/11 together so thy they could profit from it.  I don't think the President of the United States of America would make a plan to kill 3,000 of his own citizens when in fact he doesn't even need the money because he was already rich when he came into office.  This whole movie seems to make a bunch of claims off of very little evidence.

  1. Nate I agree with you on many points. While I don't completely discredit the film, I can say that it's very bias and left wing. Putting the Bush administration in an old western opening made me laugh so you know you can't take the whole film super seriously. I also agree that we didn't get a lot of evidence so many of the claims made may have been slanted. Yet I aslo wasn't aware that Saudi Arabia had that much money invested into our economy. Billions. All in all I enjoyed the film even if I can't believe most of it.

  2. I agree with both Nate and Kevin that this film was extremely bias. I had trouble watching the movie because it was disgraceful how rude and condescending Michael Moore was. Although he made some valid points about how Bush could have handled some things better, he exaggerated to the point where it was making me mad. I believe that every President has had their flaws but Bush did many great things for our country and handled other things extremely well.

  3. Nate I agree. Moore made it sound like Bush was involved with Osama. Yes he was involved with his family because they have money in our economy but the family doesn't see or really talk to Osama, they kind of kicked him out. But i just didn't like how Moore made it sound like 9/11 was planned and that Bush knew about it. The movie makes sense I just don't necessarily agree with it.
