In the documentary "Supersize Me" I found it interesting how much fast food effects your body in a bad way.  Morgan Spurlock eating McDonald's for 30 days straight for every meal is kinda disgusting.  As the movie progresses we see Spurlock start to get tired more, get and increase in headaches, suffer through depression for a short period, and raised his cholesterol greatly.  Even though Spurlock didn't gain much weight it still effected his physical health dramatically.  Eating fast food everyday really does take a toll on you and I realized that through this documentary

  1. I agree with Daniel that Super Size Me was a pretty insightful documentary about the fast food industry and the consumption of fast food in this country. I read that it took him fourteen months to get back into the shape he was when he started the experiment. This was on an all vegan diet. Imagine how long it would take a regular person who may eat MC Donald's twice a week every week an doesn't even know the right foods to eat to keep themselves healthy. Look at poor areas who don't make enough to cook healthy food and you'll see more obese people because fast food is all they eat. I hope in the future we can be better as a society and everyone can somehow eat healthy.
